Sign in to an existing Hero11 account

This note is only for an account that already exists. The page cannot look up a password, and it cannot send a one-time code.

Use the app's own sign-in choice, or the contest page when the phone cannot install the Android file. hero11.club does not become the account by hosting this article.

Only an account that is already registered

Choose sign-in when the mobile number was used here before. A fresh registration is a different control on the account screen, and this article does not walk through creating a new account.

If you have never registered, this URL will not invent a password for you. Go to the account screen and use the registration choice there.

What this page cannot look up

hero11.club has no password list and no code sender. A comment under the article cannot reset anything. People who reply in the comments are not the account desk.

The page that separates this site from the app is the longer version of that split. The short version is this: the website is files, and the sign-in is a screen in the product.

On the account screen

Keep the work on the account screen. The checks below are the ones this note will stand behind.

1. Open the app from the Android file on this site, or open the contest page on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod, because those devices do not install the package.
2. Choose the sign-in control, not a new registration, when the account is already there.
3. Type the mobile number that was used when the account was created.
4. Type the password, or request a code and enter it before it expires.
5. Wait until the account home is actually on screen. A spinner that never finishes is not a completed sign-in.
6. Leave the screen if the number is not yours. This page cannot switch it for you.

When the screen stalls

A wrong code, a slow connection, or an old install are the usual reasons the account home never appears. If the installed copy is not the build on the homepage, compare the saved length with 3,288,315 bytes before you blame the password.

Version name 1.13.f675 labels that measured copy. A different length is a different build. Updating the file is not the same thing as resetting a password, and this page still cannot do the reset.

Do not send the code to anyone writing comments under this article. Ask the orientation page only for the order of checks, not for a secret.

After the account home appears

Once the account home is on screen, this article has finished its job. The contest list, the card, and any balance are in the app. Come back to hero11.club only if you need the measured file again.
