Four checks, in this order, before you treat a contest as ready: the file, the account, the card, and the lock. This orientation stays with those checks and does not pretend to open the room.
The file
Get the Android package from the homepage and compare it with the table. The measured copy is 3,288,315 bytes, about 3.1 MB, version name 1.13.f675. A different length is a different build.
The version name labels that copy. A file placed at the same link later can carry another name. This orientation does not print a price beside the package.
- Save the file from this site rather than from a comment under an article.
- Compare the saved length with the byte count in the table before you install.
- On an iPhone, iPad, or iPod, the tap opens the contest page instead of saving the package.
The account
Sign in only if the account already exists. The sign-in page explains that this website cannot see or reset the password. Registration, if you still need it, is a control on the account screen.
Do not type the password into a comment. The comment box is public text and is not wired to a handler.
- Use the mobile number that created the account.
- Wait until the account home is actually visible.
- Treat a code as something you type once, on that screen, before it expires.
The contest card
Read the entry, the spots still open, and the lock time on the card itself. A sentence on hero11.club cannot see those three fields. If the card and this page disagree, follow the card.
The side comes from the players named for that fixture. Mark the captain in the app. This page does not print a scoring chart and does not print a points multiple.
- Confirm the fixture is the match you meant to open.
- Confirm the spots you want are still open.
- Confirm you can see the lock time before you commit.
A side
Fill the side from the named squad only. A player who is not listed for that match does not belong on the side, even if a paragraph somewhere praises them. The app is the list that counts.
Keep a wicketkeeper if the card asks for one, and do not leave the side short of bowlers just because a batter is famous. Balance is a choice you make on the selection screen, not a slogan on this URL.
The lock
When the room locks, edits stop. A change you thought of after that time stays on this page and never reaches the side. Plan the captain before the lock, not during the innings.
A delayed broadcast is not a later lock. The lock time on the card is the clock. If you cannot find it, do not guess it from a heading here.
Points
Points follow batting, bowling, and fielding in the match. This orientation does not publish a chart, because the card is where the contest states its scoring. Copying a chart from memory onto a website would be a guess.
The captain mark matters because the app applies it. This page will not print a multiple next to that mark.
Support
If the card is unclear, or a payment stays pending, open Hero11 support with the account screen in front of you. The contact page is the short route list. This orientation cannot see the chat.
A comment under the article is not support. Do not put a code there and wait for a fix.
Phones that skip the package
iPhone, iPad, and iPod taps on the Android link open the contest page. That is the intended path on those devices. You still read the card there. You do not get a different set of rules because the file did not save.
A desktop computer can save the package, but the install still belongs on an Android phone. Saving alone is not joining a room.
After the app is open
The app page describes the phone once the package is installed. This orientation stops at the door: file, account, card, lock. The contest list is the next screen you should be looking at, not another article.
Tournament days have a separate note. Use it when the fixture list is the IPL. The checks in this orientation do not change on those days. The fixtures do.
A stop rule
Adults only. Stop if you are under 18. Stop if the playing side is not the one you checked. Stop if the lock time is missing. A contest you do not understand is not saved by a longer article.
The homepage table remains the record for the file. The card remains the record for the room. Support remains the route to a person. This page is only the order of those checks.
