Reach Hero11 support

The only support route on this page

For a sign-in that fails, a payment that stays pending, or a contest card you cannot read, use Hero11 support. That is the route this contact page gives. No email address and no phone number are printed here.

• The support link leaves hero11.club and opens the desk in the browser.
• This page cannot see the chat, and it cannot quote the reply afterward.
• Keep the question on the account screen you are actually looking at.

What that person can see

Support can only work from what the account screen shows. A paragraph on hero11.club is not a ticket, and the person at the desk does not read this file as if it were your balance.

• Have the match name and the room in front of you before you ask.
• Say whether the problem is sign-in, a pending payment, or a card you cannot read.
• Do not expect this website to attach a screenshot. It does not hold your account.

The comment box under an article

Comments left under an article are public text on the page. They are not delivered as a support case. The form is not wired to a handler, so posting it is not a request this site receives.

• Do not type a password into a comment.
• Do not type a one-time code into a comment.
• Do not type a full card number into a comment.

The package is not a request

Saving the Android file is a download, not a message to support. If the saved length is not 3,288,315 bytes, you have a different build from the one in the homepage table. That check does not open a ticket either.

• Version name 1.13.f675 labels the measured copy, not a promise about every future file.
• An install problem on the phone is a support question only after the length matches.
• This contact page does not print a price beside the file.

Narrower notes

Some questions are already answered on a single URL. Read that note before you open the desk, so the question is about the account rather than about a page.

• Sign-in for an existing account has its own page.
• Saving and checking the file has its own page.
• The boundary of what a sentence can promise has its own page.

An age line

The notes and the contest are for adults. If you are under 18, do not open the desk to ask for an account. This page will not invent a second way to reach someone.

• Stop if the lock time or the playing side is unclear, and read the card again.
